Symptômes

Dette problem opstår, når flere AppSync CLI-logins forsøges samtidig. Spørgsmålet er meget intermitterende.
 

Brugeren kører AppSync CLI for at køre en serviceplan, vise alle kopier og tilslutte/afmontere en kopi, men det mislykkes indimellem.

Kør en serviceplan mislykkes med:

Cause

AppSync-serveren er designet til at indsamle listen over roller, der er tildelt brugeren, når den er godkendt.

AppSync-serveren indsamler rolleoplysningerne efter godkendelse og skriver dem til en lockbox (dette svarer til en fil) for at hente dem senere.
Når AppSync-serveren henter de lagrede oplysninger, slettes de. Men hvis flere logins blev forsøgt samtidigt, vil en session slette oplysningerne, før de hentes af en anden session. 

For at sige det enkelt er dette et samtidighedsproblem på grund af flere logins (mere end en) på samme tid

Løsning:
Der findes en løsning på dette problem, men det kræver hjælp fra EMC-kundesupport.
