Symptômes

Avamar GC(Garbage Collection) 프로세스가 실패하고 다음 메시지가 표시됩니다. 

ERROR: <4202> failed garbage collection with error MSG_ERR_BADTIMESYNC

Cause

하나 이상의 Avamar 데이터 노드와 Avamar 유틸리티 노드 간에 시간이 동기화되지 않았습니다.

이로 인해 Avamar 유지 보수 작업이 실패합니다.

Résolution

1. Avamar Utility Node에 admin으로 로그인합니다.

2. 관리자 키를 로드합니다. 다음을 참조하십시오. Avamar: Avamar Server에 로그인하고 다양한 키를 로드하는 방법에서 키 로드에 대한 자세한 내용을 참조하십시오.

3. 모든 Avamar 노드에서 시간이 동기화되었는지 확인합니다. 

mapall --all --parallel 'date'

4. 시간이 동기화되지 않은 경우 Avamar: Avamar Server에서 NTP를 변경하는 방법 asktime을 사용하여 모든 노드에서 시간을 동기화합니다.

5. 시간이 동기화되면 가비지 수집이 성공적으로 완료되는지 확인합니다.
