1. 按兩下 DiagnosticInfo.exe。
   
   注意： DiagnosticInfo.exe 可以獲得：

   • 在原則式加密 （DDSSetup.exe 或 DDPSetup.exe） 產品目錄：(C:\Program Files\Dell\Dell Data Protection\Encryption)
   • 在 Dell Security Management Server 安裝 ZIP 檔案中：

     • v9.6.0 至 9.7.0： Installers\Enterprise Server\x64\Program Files 64\Dell\Enterprise Edition\Diagnostics

2. 選取下列其中一個選項：

3. 檢查要收集的適當用戶端記錄，然後按一下下一步。

   注意：密碼必須提供給支援代表。
7. 瀏覽至目錄以儲存記錄套裝，然後按一下完成。
   
   注意：預設的套裝格式 （CMG） 僅可由 Dell Data Security ProSupport 存取。或者，您也可以選取 一個自我解壓縮可執行檔 ，以建立任何持有密碼者皆可存取的套裝 （EXE） （步驟 6）。此選項在內部讀取記錄時可能有用。
8. DiagnosticInfo 會收集選取的記錄 (在步驟 3 或步驟 4 中選取)。
   
   注意：在記錄收集程式中，DiagnosticInfo 可能會顯示「無回應」長達三十分鐘。
9. DiagnosticInfo 執行完成後，記錄套裝將會在先前指定的位置產生 (步驟 7)。

CLI
