Dit probleem doet zich voor met Dell OEM Ubuntu 22.04 (Kernel 6.1.0-1006-oem) en Ubuntu 22.04.1 (Kernel 5.15.0-43-generic). Andere Linux-besturingssystemen, indien gebaseerd op Ubuntu, zullen waarschijnlijk ook worden beïnvloed.

  • Kan websites niet openen in de browser
  • Nmcli WD19 LAN p2p-dev-wlp0s20f3 wordt weergegeven in niet-verbonden toestand

Causa

Voor de Ubuntu Linux is een Realtek USB LAN-update vereist, die niet standaard is inbegrepen.

Adviseer de klant om het BIOS bij te werken naar v1.15.0 of hoger en voer de volgende opdrachten uit om bij te werken:

  1. Voer sudo apt update om bronnen bij te werken.
  2. Voer sudo apt install linux-firmware start update 20220329.git681281e4-0ubuntu3.10 (Dell OEM Ubuntu) of 20220329.git681281e4-0ubuntu3.3 (standaard Ubuntu) om 20220329.git681281e4-0ubuntu3.26 te installeren die de vereiste oplossing bevat.
