Sintomi
I download del supporto Dell per PowerEdge FX2 e FX2 Chassis Management Controller (CMC) versione 2.41 non includono il formato di file DUP (Dell Update Package) per il sistema operativo Windows o Linux. L'unico formato di file fornito è il pacchetto binario.
Causa
La versione 2.41 di CMC per chassis FX o FX2 viene fornita solo in formato binario.
Risoluzione
Utilizzare la pagina web di CMC con il file di immagine binario (metodo 1:1) oppure racadm Utilità della riga di comando (metodo 1:1 o 1:molti) per eseguire l'aggiornamento di CMC.
Il firmware FX2 CMC versione 2.41 non può essere aggiornato utilizzando il catalogo o OpenManage Enterprise (OME).
