Sintomi

The refresh rate listed under Settings, System, Display, Advanced Display only shows 120 hz.

Causa

A change made in Windows 11 24H2 combined with an EDID(Extended Display Identification Data) limitation on the LGD panel causes this issue. The EDID settings cannot be changed now, but they will be corrected on the next-generation panel.

Risoluzione

To see additional refresh rates, switch others refresh rate in the OS settings manually.

  1. Push Win+X and then select System
    Win+X to System
  2. Click Display
    select Display
  3. Click Advance display
    Advance display
  4. Click Display adapter properties for Display1
    Display1
  5. Click List All Models
    models
  6. The available resolutions and refresh rates are listed. Select the wanted option and click OK.
