Symptomen
NOTA: I sistemi forniti con processori Intel di sesta e settima generazione (i7-7xxx, i5-7xxx, i3-7xxx, i7-6xxx, i5-6xxx, i3-6xxx) non sono idonei per l'aggiornamento a Windows 11. L'aggiornamento a TPM 2.0 non ignora questo requisito Microsoft.
Firmware di TPM (Trusted Platform Module)
I computer Dell creati tra il 2015 e il 2018 potrebbero essere stati inviati dalla fabbrica con il firmware Trusted Platform Module (TPM) versione 1.2.
In questo articolo sono elencati i modelli di computer che potrebbero essere stati inviati con TPM 1.2, in modo da poter eseguire l'upgrade del firmware TPM alla versione 2.0, se necessario.
I computer rilasciati dopo il 2019 supportano il firmware di TPM 2.0 senza un'opzione per eseguire il downgrade (sistemi forniti con Windows 10 e con supporto legacy limitato o assente).

Inserire il codice di matricola o selezionare il numero di modello desiderato dall'elenco dei prodotti.
