「Avamar：Hyper-Vバックアップがアクセス拒否エラーで失敗する

この事例では、Hyper-Vバックアップが失敗し、バックアップ ログに次の例のように「AccessDenied」エラー メッセージが表示されます。

これらのタイプのエラーは、一目瞭然です。これらのエラーは、Avamarサービス(ローカル エージェントおよびクラスター エージェント)のユーザー アカウントに、Windows Management Instrumentation(WMI)クエリーを実行するための十分な権限がないことを意味します。

この問題に対処するには、Avamarクライアント サービスの実行に使用しているユーザー アカウントに適切な権限を付与します。
