Installing the battery
CAUTION:The information in this installation section is intended for authorized service technicians only.

Steps
- Align the screw holes on the battery with the screw holes on the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
- Tighten the five captive screws that secure the battery to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
- Connect the battery cable to the connector (JBATT1) on the system board.
