Restarting the PowerFlex Manager virtual appliance

Use this procedure to restart PowerFlex Manager.

About this task

To restart the virtual appliance, you must be a user with the administrator role. The restart operation logs off all other users and cancels any running jobs.

Steps

  1. Log in to PowerFlex Manager.
  2. On the menu bar, click Settings, and then click Virtual Appliance Management.
  3. On the Virtual Appliance Management page, click Reboot Virtual Appliance. A message displays confirming that you want to restart the virtual appliance.
  4. Click Yes to confirm. The system restarts.
  5. Once the reboot is complete, click Click to log in and provide your credentials.
