Removing eDP cable

  1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
  2. Remove the:
    1. base cover
    2. battery
    3. WLAN card
    4. WWAN card (optional)
    5. display hinge cover
    6. display assembly
    7. display bezel
    8. hinge cover
    9. display panel
  3. To remove the eDP cable:
    1. Slide the display cable [1].
    2. Peel the eDP cable from the adhesive [2].
