Add a Policy type Service Level Agreement
The SLA Compliance window in the PowerProtect Data Manager UI enables you to add a service level agreement (SLA). The Service Level Agreement identifies your Service Level Objectives (SLOs). You can use the SLOs to verify that your protected assets are meeting the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Steps

The SLA Compliance window appears.
- Click Add button. The Add Service Level Agreement wizard opens.
- Select Cloud DR in the Type section, and then click Next.

In the
Objectives section, specify the following fields:
- The SLA name.
- Select Minimum Independent Copies, and specify the number of Cloud DR backups.
- Select Maximum Independent Copies, and specify the number of Cloud DR backups.

Select
Available Location, and specify the locations where Cloud DR backups are located.
Use the Add Location option to add new locations that unavailable in locations list.Enable Allowed in Cloud through Cloud Tier/Cloud DR checkbox to enable the availability of the backups in the cloud.

Finish.
The SLA is displayed on the SLA Compliance page.
