You can perform self-service file-level restores of file systems using the
ddfsrc command with the
-I option.
Before starting the command, create a file that contains the list of files to be restored. Provide the location of this file as an input to the
-I option, as shown in the following example.

The following steps provide more detail:
Use the
ddfsadmin command to list all the available backups. If you know the save set ID of the backup from which you want to restore, skip this step.
For example, the following command lists all backups taken in the last 55 days.
