Procedure

  1. Turn the palm-rest assembly over and place it on a clean and flat surface.
  2. Note the location of the speakers and pry the speakers off the palm-rest assembly.
  3. Note the speaker-cable routing and remove the cable from the routing guides on the palm-rest assembly.
  4. Lift the speakers, along with the speaker cable, off the palm-rest assembly.
