Dell XC Series Appliance and XC Core System Life Cycle Manager Reference Guide
Introduction
This guide describes the Life Cycle Manager (LCM) along with the XC Series appliances using VMware ESXi, Nutanix AHV, and Hyper-V.
Dell XC appliances provide validated HCI for Nutanix hybrid cloud deployments.
The target audience for this document includes customers, field personnel, and partners who want to operate and maintain a VxRail. This document is designed for people familiar with:
- Dell systems and software
- Broadcom virtualization products
- Data center appliances and infrastructure
Nutanix Acropolis Operating System (AOS) 5.0 introduced the LCM framework. The AOS 4.7.x branch is not supported. The iDRAC update is not available for the XC4510 and XC4520 models due to the installed drive version is not getting listed after iDRAC update.
