Create a software package

To create a software package:

1. In the Configuration Manager Console:
   1. Open the Software library page.
   2. Click Overview tab.
   3. Open the Application Management tab.
   4. Right click Packages and select Create new package.
2. In the Create Package and Program wizard:
   1. Set the Name: Enable a Dell Precision Optimizer profile.
   2. Specify information about the package and click Next.
3. In the Program Type tab, select Standard program.
4. In the Standard program tab:
   1. Name: Enable Adobe after effects
   2. Command line:dpoCmd.exe –enableProfile {2F066600-FA52-4F57-890D-2621D39B0BE9}}
   3. Startup folder: C:\program files\dell\ppo
   4. Run: Normal
   5. Program can run: Whether or not a user is logged in
   6. Run mode: Run with administrative rights
   7. Drive mode: Runs with UNC name
5. In the Requirements tab, select This program can run on any platform.
6. Click Next, review the package summary and verify the package was created successfully.
