The
PowerEdge
R740xd is a 2U rack server that supports up to:
- Two Intel Xeon Scalable Processors
- 24 DIMM slots
- Two AC or DC power supply units
- 32 SAS, SATA, Nearline SAS hard drives or SSDs, and up to 24 NVMe drives. For more information about supported drives, see the www.dell.com/poweredgemanuals section.
