Gathering logs for troubleshooting on PowerEdge servers
To speed up the support process when
faced with an issue, Dell recommends that you gather system logs before contacting Dell
Support. When you have logs available to submit to the support agent, they will be able
to review them and diagnose the problem immediately, which will mean the quickest
possible resolution to your issue.
