Troubleshooting no power issues
Steps

Swap the AC power cable with a known-good power cable.
If the system works with a known-good AC power cable, replace the power cable. (optional).

Reset the power supply.
- Verify that the power source is working properly by connecting a device that draws a similar amount of power.
- Reseat the SP suitcase into the chassis.

Replace the power supply.
The server does not turn on by using the front the ear node.
- Ensure the proper power is going to the chassis.
- Ensure all power supplies are firmly seated, power cables are connected, and both power supplies are operating.
- Turn on the server by using the power button.
Next steps
- Reseat the power cable from the Interposer Extender to the system board and test.
- Reseat the cables from the mid-plane to the corresponding ear board and test.
- If the server does not turn on by using ear board, replace the ear board, fan controller board, mid-planes, and cables.
