Unable to connect to iDRAC port through a switch

You can use iDRAC through various interfaces and methods. The interfaces include web interface, RACADM, Redfish, and so on. You can connect to iDRAC either locally or remotely.

If you try to connect to iDRAC using the iDRAC port through a switch, you may need to perform additional configuration on the switch to allow the connection to be successful. Alternatively, bypass the switch and connect the system directly to the iDRAC port.
