Procedure

  1. Align the power-adapter port in the slot on the palm-rest assembly.
  2. Align the screw hole on the power-adapter port bracket with the screw hole on the palm-rest assembly.
  3. Using the alignment post, place the power-adapter port bracket on the power-adapter port.
  4. Replace the screw (M2x3) that secures the power-adapter port bracket to the palm-rest assembly.
  5. Route the power-adapter port cable through the routing guides on the palm-rest assembly.
