Install Alienware Command Center
Prerequisites
- Download the latest Alienware Command Center application package from Dell Support. See Download the Alienware Command Center application package.
- Ensure that Microsoft Store updates are enabled. For information about how to enable the updates, see Turn on automatic app updates at Microsoft | Support.
- Update your BIOS to the latest version available on the Dell | Support.
- Disable any security applications such as McAfee, Norton Utilities, Kaspersky, and so on.
- Close any applications that might conflict with AWCC.
NOTE: Starting with version 5.5, the Alienware
Command Center Package Manager manages the installation of the core application,
overclocking controls, and peripheral packages as a single package. A separate
overclocking profile package is no longer provided.
Steps

Browse to the location where you have downloaded the application package file and double-click the file.
The Dell Update Package window is displayed.

Click
INSTALL.
The Alienware Command Center Package Manager window is displayed.

Click
Next >.
Dell Software License Agreement is displayed.
- Read the license agreement and select I accept the terms in the license agreement to continue.

Click
Install.
The installation process is initiated, and the following components are installed automatically using the Alienware Command Center Package Manager:
- Alienware Command Center core application
- Game Library
- AlienFX
- Performance with Overclocking controls
- I/O Peripherals
- Display Packages

Click
Finish.
Select the Restart your computer checkbox to restart immediately, or clear the checkbox to restart later. After restarting, the Alienware Command Center installation is complete.
