Unable to connect to Alienware Arena (Alienware Arena is Unavailable)

• Description—This error occurs when AWCC cannot establish a connection with the Alienware Arena service. The error screen displays the message Alienware Arena is Unavailable along with a Verify Arena Status button.
• Cause—
  • No Internet connection on your device
  • Alienware Arena is undergoing maintenance
  • Temporary service disruption between AWCC and Arena servers
• What you see—
  • An error screen with the message Alienware Arena is Unavailable.
• Solution—To resolve this error:
  1. Click Verify Arena Status on the error screen.

     A browser window opens to display the status of Alienware Arena.

  2. Based on the result, do any of the following:
     • If the browser displays network error, reconnect to the Internet and try again.
     • If Arena is operational, restart AWCC and try again.
     • If Arena is under maintenance, wait and try again later.
