Dell Client Device Manager Version 1.2 Data Collection Policy

The telemetry data collected from your system for DCDM includes two key components:

• Required data - Used to monitor application health and identify errors. This data is always sent to Dell when the IT administrator chooses to install updates or security modules on your system.
• Optional data - Used to analyze feature performance and device-related metrics to improve the application and its services. Optional data is transmitted back to Dell only if the user has provided required consent.
  NOTE:Optional data includes insights derived from Dell's AI models and analytics, which are used to improve the overall device health. As these insights are proprietary information, a subset of optional data is redacted from the audit files to protect Dell's intellectual property.
