GET method for DeviceConfigComplianceReports

Description

Verifies whether all devices are running the required configuration by comparing the running parameters of the device against the best practice.

NOTE:When the parameter is compliant (compliance status: 1), only the expected value is returned whereas when there is a mismatch (compliance status: 3), both the current value and the expected value are returned.
