This method fetches the chassis telemetry details.

NOTE:

In the PUT or PATCH methods, the values for the attributes, OnChange or OnRequest must meet the following criteria:

RecurrenceInterval and MetricReportHeartbeatInterval are cleared.
SuppressRepeatedMetricValue is set to true.
ReportTimeSpan is 10 seconds or greater.

NOTE:When you downgrade the management module firmware from 1.30.10 to 1.30.00, the verified custom Metric Report Definition, Subscription, Trigger, and OpenID Connect user details are not retained.
