Virtual Assistant

About this task

The AI-powered Virtual Assistant is available on the bottom right corner of the SupperAssist app to provide instant information, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and offer 24/7 support.

Steps

  1. Go to AI powered Virtual Assistant in the bottom-right corner of the applcation.

  2. To improve readability in the VA chatbot, the application window can be maximized if text appears difficult to read
  3. Click the Virtual Assistant icon to launch the chat window.
    The chat window is displayed.
  4. On the chat window either type your question, or choose from suggested tasks.
    The Virtual Assistant processes your input and provides a response instantly.
  5. To improve readability in the Virtual Assistant chatbot, the application window can be maximized if text appears difficult to read.
