Configuring and managing users

Only a security officer manages other user's accounts.

The security officer can:

  • View all users' account details
  • Create dashboard, admin, and other security officer users
  • Modify dashboard, admin, and other security officer users
  • Enable and disable users
  • Disable multifactor authentication for admin users, but not enable it
  • Delete dashboard, admin, and other security officer users
  • Set the password policy for all users
NOTE:Both the security officers and admin users can click The User Settings icon. on the Masthead Navigation and then click:
  • Change Password to reset their password.
    NOTE:An admin user cannot reset the password more than once every 24 hours.
  • Multifactor Authentication to enable multifactor authentication

Admin users can also click User Details to view their settings and test email.
