Specifying which users receive alert notification email
Specify which users receive email notifications about alerts.
Prerequisites
- You are logged in as the security officer.
- Email support is enabled
Steps

Select
from the
Main Menu.
The table lists Cyber Recovery users, their email addresses, and roles.

For each user that you want to receive email messages, select either or both the
Receive Critical Alerts and
Receive Warning Alerts checkboxes.
If you select Receive Warning Alerts, by default, the user also receives critical alerts.
- To send a test email to the user, click Send Test Email. Contact the intended user to verify that the email was received.
