Managing login sessions
Set the number of maximum simultaneous login sessions.
Prerequisites
You are logged in as the security officer.
About this task
The login session count uses a first in, first out priority. If a specific user and role exceeds the number of simultaneous logins, that user's earliest session is no longer a valid Cyber Recovery session and the session is logged out. The user must log in to the Cyber Recovery software again.
Steps
- From the
masthead navigation, click
to access the
System Settings menu.
- Click
Login Count Settings.
The Login Count Settings dialog box opens and shows the default session login values, which are:
- Security officer—One login session
- Admin—Three login sessions
- Dashboard user—Three login sessions
- Set the maximum number of login sessions for the
security officer, admin, and dashboard user.
The maximum number of login sessions for:
- The security officer is three sessions
- Admin and dashboard users is five sessions
