Uninstall the Velero plug-in and redeploy when updating
PowerProtect Data Manager
For Tanzu Kubernetes clusters, when updating
PowerProtect Data Manager to release 19.10, perform the following steps to uninstall the existing Velero plug-in and deploy the new one.

Steps
In a command prompt, run
./velero-vsphere uninstall
to uninstall the Velero instance in the Supervisor cluster.
Log in to the
vSphere Client.
Go to
Menu > Workload Management to view the namespaces running in the Supervisor cluster.
Select the
velero namespace and click
Remove to delete the existing Supervisor namespace for the
velero instance.
Click
New Namespace to add a Supervisor namespace with the name
velero for the new
velero instance.
Run the following command to install
velero and
velero-vsphere-plugin in the Supervisor context:
