Updating from a released version of PowerProtect Data Manager that has been updated

If an update to PowerProtect Data Manager has been made available for a released version of PowerProtect Data Manager, it is only supported to update from that version to 19.11.

NOTE If more than one update has been made available, it is only supported to update to 19.11 from the most recent update.

The following table shows the specific software versions the PowerProtect Data Manager 19.11 release supports in its update path.

If your software version of PowerProtect Data Manager is less than the supported version, you must update to the supported version before updating to PowerProtect Data Manager 19.11.
