Troubleshooting License Authorization Code (LAC) issues
Review the following information if you do not have the License Authorization Code (LAC).
If you do not have the LAC, you have the following options:
- Search for entitlements
- Go to the Software Licensing Central website and click .
- Enter the sales order number or purchase order number, and then click Search.
- Request a new LAC
Request a duplicate LAC by sending an e-mail to Licensekeys@emc.com and include the following information:
- Site name
- Site ID
- Contact telephone number
- Product serial number
- Number of hosts that require a LAC
If you require further assistance, contact 800-782-4362 and select option 4 twice.
