Enable or disable SupportAssist
Enable the SupportAssist feature to automatically detect issues and collect diagnostic and usage data. You can also disable SupportAssist at any time.
Steps
- From the
PowerProtect Data Manager UI, click
, select
Support, and then click
SupportAssist.
The Support window opens to the SupportAssist page. - To enable SupportAssist, move the
Connect to SupportAssist slider to the right. To disable SupportAssist, move the
Connect to SupportAssist slider to the left.
The operation might take up to 5 minutes to complete.
