Manage
PowerProtect Data Manager 19.12 user-token expiry
PowerProtect Data Manager 19.12 changed the user-token expiration time from 8 hours to 15 minutes. If the user token expires before an update package is uploaded, the upload resets and starts again. This repetition can occur indefinitely, making it impossible to update
PowerProtect Data Manager 12 to a later version. This task describes how to manage the new user-token expiry.
