Updating from a released version of PowerProtect Data Manager that has been updated

If an update to PowerProtect Data Manager is available for a released version of PowerProtect Data Manager, it is only supported to update to 19.14 from that version.

NOTE:If more than one update has been made available to a released version, it is only supported to update to 19.14 from the most recent update of that version.

The following table shows the specific software versions the PowerProtect Data Manager 19.14 release supports in its update path.

If your software version of PowerProtect Data Manager is less than the supported version, you must update to the supported version before updating to PowerProtect Data Manager 19.14.

You manage update packages from the Sofware Update window.
