Deploying SupportAssist to AWS

You can deploy SupportAssist by using a gateway or a direct connection. To deploy SupportAssist to AWS using a gateway, you must perform one of the following actions:

  • Deploy a SupportAssist virtual appliance in VMC to AWS.
  • Deploy a SupportAssist container in a Linux or Windows host that is using Docker to AWS.
