Delete DR session

You can delete a running DR session and its associated VM copies from the PowerProtect Data Manager UI.

Steps

  1. In the PowerProtect Data Manager UI, select Restore > Running Sessions.
    The Running Sessions window is displayed.
  2. In the Cloud DR Sessions tab, select the asset to be deleted, and click Delete.

Results

The recovery flow ends the test or the failover process and deletes the recovered instances. Deleting a test or failover instance deletes the recovered cloud instance. Deleting a restore session retains the recovered VM.
