Pod configuration not updated in Velero deployment when field is omitted from patch string
Omitting a field from the patch string does not remove the pod configuration from the Velero deployment.
For example, if you removed the hostNetwork line from the following patch string:
metadata:
name: velero
spec:
template:
spec:
hostNetwork: true
The pod configuration is removed from PowerProtect Data Manager, but not from the Velero deployment. To delete the pod configuration from the Velero deployment, you must also manually change the value of the field to false.
