PPDMK8SDIAG diagnostics tool

The PPDMK8SDIAG tool is available for download in the PowerProtect Data Manager UI for Dell customer support and services teams. When downloaded to a host that has access to the Kubernetes server, the tool can be run to determine if a non-VMware CSI driver-based storage class in use in your environment is supported for PowerProtect Data Manager protection.

To download the tool:

  1. In the PowerProtect Data Manager UI, click Settings icon and then select Downloads.
  2. In the left pane, select Kubernetes.
  3. In the PPDMK8SDIAG box, click Download, and then download the package from the PowerProtect Data Manager host to a local system.
