Select protection policy asset groups

Application-consistent protection policies are used to protect script-enabled asset groups. If the protection policy is for crash-consistent asset protection only, you can click Next to proceed to the Assets page.

Steps

  1. On the Asset Groups page, select an asset group that contains the volumes and/or volume groups that you want to protect.
  2. Click Next.

Results

The wizard moves to the Assets page. Continue to Select protection policy assets.

NOTE:Once a volume or volume group is a part of an asset group, it will not display on the Assets page.
