Enable-iDRACAccessHostRoute
The Enable-iDRACAccessHostRoute tool is used to enable or disable the OS to iDRAC Pass-through feature.
You can access the feature using the host IP address or host FQDN, similar to the format https://<host ip>:<ListenPortNumber> or https://<hostFQDN>:<ListenPortNumber>.
If no host IP address is provided, the feature cannot be accessed using the operating system IP address. You can update the host IP address using the same tool.
For Microsoft Windows operating system, the PowerShell Command let is:
> Enable-iDRACAccessHostRoute -Status true -Port <port no.> -HostIp <valid OS IP> -IpRange <ip range>
For Linux operating system, the PowerShell Command let is:
> ./Enable-iDRACAccessHostRoute <Enable-Flag> [ <source-port> <hostos-ip> <source-IP-range/source-ip-range-mask>]
NOTE If hostname is not configured in the server, then add
<host ip> <hostname.domain> in the
etc/hosts file.
