Support for idrac.local and drac.local as iDRAC FQDN

To connect iSM to the iDRAC UI from the host operating system, type drac.local or idrac.local in the web browser regardless of whether the host operating system supports multicast Domain Name System.

NOTE This feature is supported only over IPv4 address.
