For 12G and above generations: Lifecycle Controller must be enabled to perform the requested operation. Lifecycle Controller has been disabled by pressing F2 Setup, selecting iDRAC Configuration, and selecting Lifecycle Controller Settings on boot up or through a remote operation.

- For 11G systems: Use the iDRAC configuration utility to enable the System Services by pressing the CTRL+E option on boot up at the targeted system.
