Message
The debug operation for arg1 is authorized by the following BMC user: BMC user name: arg2 at arg3, for the period started at arg4 and ended at arg5.

Detailed Description
The debug operation is authorized for the user identified in the message. The customer has authorized the specified debug capabilities on this BMC. This should occur in response to a request from the Dell Tech Support team. Each debug capability represents a certain action that Dell engineers can perform to debug BMC.

A RACADM Debug command failed. If the RACADM Debug command was executed under the direction of Dell tech support then further assistance from tech support should be requested. Otherwise this command is not intended for customer use.
Recommended Response Action
Verify all of the following 1) ensure that the unblock, grant, and invoke/start/stop/resume commands are all executed against the same iDRAC. 2) ensure dat.ini file has not been changed in any way. 3) ensure that current date falls between the start and end times. Note that Dell can further restrict both the set of debugCaps that is authorized and the start and stop times. If an authorized person did not enter a RACADM debug command then an attacker may have entered the command.

The authorized debug operation is expiring in 3 days. If IPS engineer or even user does not take action to get a new signed certificate, the existing one will be revoked soon. User may lose certain access to the system depending on the granted debug capabilities included in the signed FSD certificate.

The debug operation cannot be authorized for the user identified in the message. For OpenBMC, a Redfish Debug command could not be run. If the Redfish Debug command was run under the direction of Dell tech support then further assistance from tech support should be requested.

For OpenBMC verify all of the following: 1) Ensure that the unblock, grant, and invoke commands are all run against the same BMC. 2) Ensure that the dat.ini file has not been changed in any manner. 3) Ensure that the current date is between the start and end dates. Note that Dell can further restrict both the set of debugCaps that are authorized and the start and stop times. If an authorized person did not enter a Redfish Debug command then an attacker may have entered the command.
