Using system restore

  1. Click or tap Settings in the charms sidebar.
  2. Click or tap Control Panel.
  3. Type Recovery in the search box.
  4. Click or tap Recovery and click or tap Open System Restore.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Undoing the last system restore

  1. Click or tap Settings in the charms sidebar.
  2. Click or tap Control Panel.
  3. In the System window, click or tap Action Center.
  4. At the lower-right corner of Action Center window, click or tap Recovery.

  5. Click or tap Open System Restore and follow the on-screen instructions to undo the last system restore.
