Removing the WLAN card

1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your tablet.
2. Remove the:
   1. uSIM/micrSD card

      NOTE: : uSIM card slot is available only on tablets shipping with WWAN module.

   2. display panel
   3. battery

      NOTE: : Instead of removing the battery, ensure disconnecting the battery to remove components.

3. To remove the WLAN card:
   1. Remove the M2 x 3.5 screw securing the WLAN bracket [1] and lift the bracket [2].

      NOTE: : Ensure to remove the gasket to remove the WLAN card.

   2. Disconnect the antenna cables from the WLAN card [3].

      NOTE: : WLAN antennas must be unrouted correctly from the routing channels on the system board.

   3. Lift and slide the WLAN card from the connector on the system board [4].

      NOTE: : Ensure to lift the WLAN card by an angle NOT more than 20°.
