CAUTION Before opening your tablet, ensure that you place the tablet on a soft cloth or clean surface to avoid any scratches on the display.
  1. Place the tablet on a flat surface with the display facing down.
  2. Open the slot cover and turn it at an angle.

  3. Remove the screw that secures the back cover to the display assembly.

  4. Using a plastic scribe, pry up along the edges of the back cover.
  5. Lift the back cover off the display assembly.
