Removing the Network Connector

Steps

  1. Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside your computer.
  2. Remove:
    1. battery
    2. base cover
    3. base-corner cover (left)
  3. Perform the following steps as shown in the illustration:
    1. Disconnect the cable from the system board.
    2. Release cable from the routing channel.
    3. Remove the screw that secures the network-connector bracket to the computer.

  4. Lift the network-connector bracket from the computer. Lift the network connector from the computer.
