Removing the Wireless Wide Area Network (WWAN) Card

Steps

  1. Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside your computer.
  2. Remove:
    1. battery
    2. base cover
  3. Perform the following steps as shown in the illustration:
    1. Disconnect the antenna cables from the WWAN card.
    2. Remove the screw that secures the WWAN card to the computer.
    3. Remove the WWAN card from the computer.
